Coffee mugs were wrongly priced , they took my money and they don't want to pay it back

Am located In Springs ,Kwa-Thema.On the 06th of June 2024, I bought coffee mugs on online purchase which I don't know the exact address of the business because they didn't want their to be known (they kept their address anonymous) but I believe its around Kempton Park, the boss's name is Hunadi Chuene her cell no is *** , *** , then the Email address is *** her coffee mugs were wrongly priced. I ordered them deposited R300 instead of R1000 so I shortpaid her cause I thought it was R100 for 10 mugs plus courier charges so I told her that I don't want the mugs anymore I need my money back she doesn't want and telling me thatbshe is not my bank, I have asked her several times , so I would like Hello peter to help me please.
