Kenilworth **** n Bull tobacco shop service slump

<p>on 28 March 2017 i call the Kenilworth in the early afternoon asking them what time they will closing and they advised that they will be closed by 18:30</p> <p>i arrived at the store at 18:20 and the doors where closed and they where already cashed up and i was told that there was nothing they could do for me. as if i was in the wrong they didn't even apologize or spoke to me as if i was a costumer told me i should run up to an ATM and get the money to them before 18:30 or wouldn't assist me. <br />i then told them that it was unfair and they should have told me that they do there cash up before and ahead of time when i called them the afternoon</p> <p>i then drove off to the other branch in Clairemont and they close at 19:00 and at 18:59 i arrived thing they would close there door on me but welcomed me with five star customer service treatment and had the time to consult me and assist me with my purchase (just wanted tobacco for Granddad's pipe)</p> <p>i hope that you sincerely up the serves standards at the Kenilworth branch or be consistent when customers call to say that they are there til 18:30 but they cash up at 18:15</p> <p>please could you commend the Clairemont branch for excellent service</p>
