Bad customer service

I bought a vape at "The **** ñ Bull" shop in N1 city and it stop working in 2 months, then I took it back and they gave me a new one. The vape did the same and I went back. They told me it's the 3rd time I'm coming back and they can't return a item more than twice. And this is my second time going back. It's a Smok Vape Pen V2 (***)
