My car was bumped in my yard, cobra towing was on seen and told me they must take my car as they need to check for damage on my gearbox, borh the guy that drove into my car and the driver from cobra towing agreed there will be no cost to me as my car was parked in my yard.after a week i went to retrieve my car only to find out i must pay R2500 for towing and storage after a bit of arguing i paid the R2500 only to find my tools are missing. I checked my check sheet and these items were tick yes. I needed my tow eye to tow my car and had to struggle to find another tow eye. Cabra towing has been of no assistance and referring me to the contractor. None of them is taking responsibility for my missing items yet i have the evidence my tools were in my car. Further more the tow truck driver miss lead me by saying " cabra towing has a workshop to repair my car and he will log a 3rd party claim. All lies. To date no one is taking responsibility
