Worst customer experiance from Cobol Finance

The worst experiance ever.

I visited cobol finance webpage and had to create a login before i could apply for a loan.

Completed the application and submitted it and 4 days later still no response.

I called the office only then to be told they have a system problem and soon they will call me so that i can apply again.

Spoken to the manager again and the same story that there system is still down.

Now what kind of service is cobol finance if they cant even assist customers.

In todays market finding customers is difficault and here we are but they cant even do the basics to assist us.

You ppl better catch a wake up or close your doors.
