Unacceptable charges. The are a ****

I paid Cobol R362 of which on their website my balance was R361.59. Few days later they send a mail stating that I owe them R75 which I don't know how it was charged because my last installment was R218 and because I could't pay due to no income I emailed them and explained my problem and the arrangement was accepted between me and them.

I paid the extra charges as I thought accumulated due to non payment. But they can not charge me extra because I explained my situation and I have never skipped a payment, that was the first time because I had no income and I still have no income. I would not recommend Cobol to anyone looking for a payday loan.
