PROOF OF REPAYMENT SENT STILL NO FEEDBACK

On 04.05.2015 I took a short term loan from cobol financial services and received payment the same day. I was also advised that the repayment of the loan had to be in 1 instalment on my next paydate and the 6 month option was not available. Is that not false advertising? On 12.05.2015 I repaid the loan IN FULL INCLUDING INTEREST and sent the proof of EFT directly to their \clientcare"e-mail address. I have sent numorous e-mails requesting confirmation of receipt of payment since 12.05.2015 and only at 11:49 on 22.05.2015 do I get a silly excuse about IT department being the reason the payment was not confirmed.<br> This company never responds....They lie about the the flexibility of repayments and their website is inaccurate."""
