Not updating ICT record.

I have never had a problem with then till now. I have taken out R2000 loan with them in January 8, paid it in full in February, till now its still reflecting on my ITC record with the balance of 1907. I have sent them three emails already and every time they call me back just to say there is nothing they can do because they are not responsible for updating our records. All they do is to send the information to credit bureaus for them to update and that they will send me the settlement letter for me to dispute the record. I am very disappointed because even now I am still waiting for the letter and the accounting still reflecting with the positive balance. Can someone who knows what they are doing and are willing to work do their job please.
