I app**** for a loan and paid every month on time last month i decided to settle my account i asked for a settlement amount and a settlement letter was sent to me i paid the amount and after payment was received i send a request for confirmation of payment i received a sms and a e mail advising me that the account has been settled. Today i check my bank account to my surprise my account was debited i called in and the agent was not forth coming asking me to wait till a manager comes in and i explained i want my money back her responds is i just need to wait. this is a ******* debit as the contract i settled my account and gave no authorization for any deductions to take place. I will never do business with the company again just the thought of your banking details being on the company system even after a settlement took please is scary who is stopping you guys of taking what eva money you want. I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY OR ELSE I LOG A COMPLAINT WITH THE CREDIT REGULATOR...
