ITC update

Good day

I paid off two loans with cobol finance in december my ITC profile is still not updated when i calli them they send paid up letters only

The other time the lady said she can only send paid letter she cant assist with sending a request with clearing my Itc

I was promised to be ccd on an email requesting ITC update up to this far still nothing

I am really not happy with their service as this is messing my ITC profile

Its the creditors duty to update ITC once Credit has been closed with them
