Failure to update paidup account & closed account on ITC
I have paidup loan *** on the 14 April 2020 however Cobol don't update paid up and closed account on ITC.
I have sent numerous requests to them so they can update this with ITC , i logged disputes with credi berue company who in return sent response from Cobol finance that suggest that account is in arrears.
This account is damaging my credit records and it is frustrating me,i don't know what more to do.
