COBOL FINANCE - DOES NOT UPDATE CREDIT BUREAU - 7MONTHS LATER

I am extremely disppointed in the pathetic service received from Cobol finance, i have contacted their offices on countless occasions asking them to send an updated report to the credit bureau to update my account as no longer outstanding, it has now been 7months later and yet today my account is still reflecting as outstanding this has affected my credit score sooo negatively all because of 1account.

i would not recommend anyone to use this company!!!
