Cobol Finance Bad Customer Service

My account was paid up in full and I was advised to wait a period of 30days in order for this to be updated, too date nothing has been updated by the credit beareus and this has caused so much issues on my end.

This is really really unprofessional. I have sent many emails and the called the call center agents are not helpful at all as i get told the same thing over and over.

Very very bad service.

Extremely Bad Service - Agents are not helpful at all.

Months has pass and still to date my account has not been updated at the Credit Bureaus.

I have called several times requesting and up date and the response i get is we have sent an update, now months has pass still nothing, the account remains on my name.

I am requesting that you urgently escalate this matter - i would not recommend this company too anyone.
