Account incorrectly listed as in arrears. JJ Van Zyl ***

Cobol listed me on the credit bureau as in arrears when I pay my account via debit order punctually as per our agreement. Upon speaking with a consultant I was informed that this is due to their payments not being updated. I find this unacceptable that they affect my credit score negatively when it is their system that is behind. I do not see why I should honor my debit orders punctually when they just list me as being in arrears. I do not think they take I understand the serious nature of affecting someones credit score negatively.
