Very Poor and Disappointing Service

Be careful ordering from them, very unreliable and they don't bother answering their emails. I placed an order in August, one item was missing and the other was incorrect, so in all, 1 of 3 was correct. Since then I've been messaging non stop trying to rectify, I am still waiting. Every week I am sending follow up emails with no reply, weeks ago I was told the items have been shipped but nothing til today.. Extremely poor service.
