Poor Poor Poor

I feel so stupid for reading reviews after placing an order. I'm utterly disappointed in this business & I can honestly not comprehend how the owner can just blatantly ignore her customers. I reached out on all platforms & I received a response on IG to wait 3-7 days mind you 3 days have already passed by that time. I am currently on day 10 & I have not heard anything. It's like you place a order & you are at their mercy to provide what you have paid for but they don't care about your hard earned money,they received it & will decide as & when they will hold up their end. Some ppl cannot see the blessings they have ,they take it for granted until its gone. Customers are being taken for granted until they decide to no longer support this company very sad. I so desperately wanted the Snare necklace & Shellbrands were sold out at the time. In future I will stick with them. Their service is amazing, perhaps they can teach coblaq on what it is to appreciate your customers. I'm so disappointed really, I will have to pray to my good Lord for intervention to receive my order.
