Poor Customer Service

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the lack of communication and service I have experienced following my order (#3526) placed on 26 July 2025. As of today, I have yet to receive any update on the status of my order.

This lack of follow-through and customer support is highly frustrating and unacceptable.

Please treat this as an urgent request to either:

Provide a clear update on the status and expected delivery date of my order, or Issue a full refund without further delay.

I hope to receive a response promptly.
