Order not sent

I ordered a Vera Combo from coblaq and its been 2 weeks with no feedback from them, they have no phone number & I have sent messages twice on their contact details with no response. They have been ignoring all my efforts of contact even on social media, its so unprofessional what they doing. After paying they just sent order number and they been silent since than, its disappointing and rude.
