Horrible service!!!

Earrings broken!!!!!!!!!Absolutely horrible service, I've placed my order on the 18th of February 2025 and after a call and a message on TikTok. I just received my order now 27th February 2025. It's disgusting how i got my package with a envelop that looked like it was taken from a trash bin.

This is very disappointing service!!!
