Highly dissatisfied

Absolutely furious and dissatisfied, I placed an order on the 10th October 2024 and after several emails and calling them, its just empty promises and a whole lot of lies, informing me my order has been shipped. After several.calls i got an incomplete order on the 26th November 2024, my order was not fulfilled, and there was a missing bracelet, called them again to inform them and nobody has rep**** or got back to me as yet. It seems certain people receive gifts and when I saw how da package is wrapped its disgusting how I got my package with a envelope that looked like it was taken out of ******* bin. I am a paying customer but this company doesn't give a damn and no interest in customers. My advice to people that want to buy from them , consider again as you will be disappointed with their services.
