Extremely unhappy 😭😭🚮

This is my 3rd attempt, I am still waiting for my parcel. I was promised a tracking number but I have not received it. The calls are not being picked up, emails nothing. I need my money back because clearly I won’t be getting any parcel. I’m not stupid 🙄
