Coblaq - Takes your money and doesn’t deliver

I placed an order on 08th Feb 2025 and have not received my item and no communication regarding delivery. I’ve emailed to query and reached out to them on social media, no response. I would like a refund at this point. Worst online shopping experience ever!!!
