PAID BUT BELT NOT RECEIVED

THE WORST , my parcel had not been delivered ( 2 weeks ) yet they claim they deliver within 4-5 bus days, They dont respond to emails or DMs and delete comments under their posts , HOWEVER they post insta stories as if nothing is happening. Im going to the bank to forcefully freeze their bank account until i get my refund. This is MADDENING
