Is there a negative rating???

I bought Hybrid sweat belt on the 25th of November and to this date I haven't received even through they promise to deliver within 48 hours. I emailed, sent a DM I don't know how many time with no response. I did receive one respond on 30th of November claiming that my order email when to junk and they will deliver asap. I believed them and was sure I will receive my order in a day or two. Since then I haven't heard anything from them, I've emailed and sent DM. My worry is that I paid my hard earned cash for this and my delivery address is my work address. I will be out of town on Friday and will only be back mid January. I need my order to be delivered of if they do not have the product they must refund my money.

I am frustrated because I cannot even call these people. Worse part they keep on posting on their Instagram like nothing has happened. I do not know what to do anymore.
