I have bought a belt #Thermosculpt https://www.cobefit.com on the 26 September I have reacted to the product I wore it with and without vest not tight and when exercising only as per their argument on my email, and I still had skin reaction. I have contacted them their response was they did receive complaints from their clients but they advised the clients not to wear the belt too tight, I responded I did not wear the #ExersisingBelt to tight its a matter of me reacting to the product.

I requested a refund as I was not happy with the product and they were ******** when it comes to their Client's safety. They emailed me with no refund as I received the product as advertised. what they failed to understand is not about damage to the product it is about the regulations that they not following consumers' safety of this country. For them to respond so negatively and their Clients have skin reactions it's not the way to treat your clients. I sent them photos of the skin reaction . theri email adress ***
