Poor service at the Cobblestone bar and restaurant

I visited the Cobblestone restaurant on 25 June 2015 at 6.30. Firstly I had to wait about 15 minutes and then decided to go and search for a waiter. I found no waiter in the area and eventually spoke to the security guard whom pointed out to me that the waiters were standing close to the TV in the non smoking area, watching soccer. I got hold of one of them and ordered the drinks for my wife and I. After waiting another about 15 minutes, the waiter came back without the drinks informing us that the drink I wanted is sold out and the the order haven't arrived. I asked to speak to the manager and informed her of the situation. She apologised and told us the same excuse (that Hansa did not make their delivery). After our discussion we were more than 40 minutes in the restaurant without having anything. This is highly unacceptable and speaks of pathetic customer service. We therefore decided to leave the restaurant and went somewhere else for our dinner. I am a regular visitor to MonteCasino and never experienced such poor service. Please investigate the matter as this is utterly disgusting service and should never be repeated to me or someone else. Thanks beforehand. Neels
