Cobbler & Co Table Bay Mall - Terrible Service they do not Refund

Two months ago I took a pair of leather boots that needed the entire heel replaced they assured that this could be done I paid upfront a month later after calling them numerous times I was told that they could not fix the boots and that I could come and collect them the following week which I did I asked for the refund and have been promised that I will get it and I have kept following up its now two months later and I still have not got my refund
