NON-RESPONSIVE NORMAN

<p>bble paving is doing a job at a newly-built house next door to me in Kleinkrantz. They started by clearing the bush on a Sunday morning at 7:15am, including my 4 year-old vines which I've painstakingly grown as protection from wind and as a security feature. These workers worked unsupervised all day playing cellphone music at 7:15am and then later calling for me to refridgerate their water. I told the unhelpful contactor, Jaco, from KNYSNA TIMBER HOMES about the incident on Monday and requested input about what they were going to do about the rundown of water and topsoil from my erf as they had dug out between 15 and 20 cm of soil below my soil level for paving. He said NORMAN from COBBLE PAVING was responsible. NORMAN called me to apologise for chopping my vines and said they would assess the issue with the low level. And that was it from NORMAN. I contacted the owner who said she had arranged for JACO, the contactor, and NORMAN, owner of COBBLE PAVING, to work with me on this. Not only was I concerned with my topsoil running away, but the level would be higher than their ugly brick paving (on a sand dune bordering a nature conservation!?) which would obviously also irritate them. I sent NORMAN several messages after that to enquire about his plan, but he ignored them all. On Saturday, COBBLE PAVING started machine compacting at 7.30am! Today they started grinding the paving all along MY fence with an angle-grinder. Needless to say I can taste the cement in my mouth. I started hanging blankets on my fence to protect my vegetable garden, my pool and my house from toxic cement! Sent NORMAN another message, no response! And the grinding continues... My fence vines are dead, my pool pump blocked from building dust and my vegetables covered in brick dust. To NORMAN. YOU HAVE NO CONCERN FOR YOUR FELLOW HUMAN. Your workers work unsupervised on a Sunday, and your workmanship is terrible if you have to grind the whole edge of paving for a solid line. Besides that, you're a ***ard! </p>
