Cobb portable cookers Let them know please

I have a Cobb cooker which I've used a lot always the same method. Recently the bottom "pot" melted. It has proved impossible to get hold of them re my problem. Web site etc - Not in Pinetown, not in East London(number does not exist).Got hold of a Carolina number. Refused Point blank to provide E mails or numbers to contact. Apparently production moved to China according to Google. All I want is to speak/E mail re my problem
