No Response and no warranty responsibilty

We painted our boundary wall complex and the park wall in August 2016 and there are areas that are peeling due poor waterproofing. When trying to call this company, their representative does not answer his phone and when he does, he makes promises that he can never keep. My walls are peeling badly now, so i have to get someone else to assist as i cannot get hold of them. Be mindful of this company as they do deliver on promises made or honour their warranty commitments.
