Does not honor warranty

<p>The did respond to my first call in October to come and review the deterioriation of the waterproofing and paintwork that carries a 5-7 year warranty, but since that day I have not received any communication from them. I have been trying since end of October to get hold of the Owner/MD Jacques Malan but he does not respond to emails nor telephone calls. </p>
