Does not honor guarantee

<p>I have been struggling to get Jacques to honor the guarantee on their roof paint for some time now. The roof paint started to come of within months after application. Twice I took off from work to wait for the repair team to come and redo the work with no one showing or even calling to cancel the appointment. The arrogance is unbelievable! To date I still wait to hear from them.</p>
