Poor service

I got this company to apply coating on my garage floor... At first it very beautiful and I liked. Cleaning the garage for the first time after coating was done . I realized that there is white stuff on the floor... which I cannot take out. Requested the company’s assistance with no luck. Sent the picture and everything and still no luck... sometimes they do not answer calls. Their communication sucks... they do not provide feedback.. you have to call them all the time. If they can come and cleanup... I would really appreciate.
