Depressing response from the staff and store owner

Hi guys On Friday the 14th July 2023 I lost my phone with my driver's license inside the store few minutes after discovering that my phone is ****** I went to the security at the door to report the guy sent me to the front desk where we pay, when I get to the front desk I found two ladies there then I reported the matter the answer I received there was very depressing I asked them to check the cameras for me they said most people who lost their items there they normally don't get them and it's not their problem that customer's are losing their items on lady that works there said to me she saw many *****'s were moving around the store I must forget about my items, amazing the phone was ringing when I tried to call it and it went off five minutes after the store closes I was busy trying each and every hour and knowing that they close at five thirty I called it around that time it was off the sad part is that they said they saw the ******* but still they don't do anything about them, yesterday the 18 July 2023 I went again to the store to ask about the driver's license they said nothing happened and spoke to the store owner she said to me she will call the camera people to come and check on footage but it's not their problem that I lost my items in their store
