Disappointed Guest

This hotel needs to be investigated.It is not at the standard of a 4 star hotel. Aircons don’t work, no tv remote, food terrible. Decor old. If it was advertised as a 2 star hotel then I would understand. This is not 4 star! Something is very fishy here!
