worst service

It was my wife s birthday on Saturday the 30th April 2016 and i took my family to Coastlands hotel in Morningside, Durban for dinner and it was the worst experience i ever had. it was a buffet dinner @ R275 p.p we were four people. the service was the worst and the management on duty did not care. We waited for over an hour at a time for our meals . the chef that was preparing the prawns at the grill was rude and had a dont care attitude. i will not recommend anyone to this establishment .
