REFUSED A FULL REFUND

I made a booking fro the 14 Feb a few days ago and paid the amount requested in full, due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the booking but i was refused a full refund and only 50 percent of the amount was paid , this information was not posted on your website nor was i informed this when making this booking and i was actually considering having my mums birthday party at your venue but with this disappointing service i will definitely change the venue.
