Noise in the middle of the night

Everything was good until after our wedding event The caterers and the hotel decided to take all the equipment down the stairs . Banging and throwing it making a huge noise and since it was metal it was even worse!! We had called the one Manager and complained , he ignored us and went off his shift at 12am We went down the second time to reception and the security said he will stop it. 30 minutes later it carries on. Absolutely ridiculous, how is one supposed to sleep with such noise right outside their window?? Especially people who need to drive back to JHB that needed rest. I am utterly disappointed with this! No one cared! Why wasn't a lift used??? This carried on until 3am the following Morning. Of which we had to drive back the next day!!!
