Disgusted sent from pillar to post

I stayed at Coastlands on the 26-29 July. I forgot an adapter and 2 chargers. I phoned on Tuesday they confirmed that they had found my chargers and I was supposed to get someone to collect them. Now nobody knows, I am being sent from pillar to post about the charges. They telling me about house keeping. This is utterly ridiculous. People should not book Coastlands you might forget important things and you will not be able to get it.!!!!
