Coastlands experience

I attended the coastlands umhlanga spa today with group of my friends, the start of our treatments was absolutely enjoyable but I can't say the same for how it ended. Apart from our package we each paid an additional R70 per person for a high tea, we waited almost half an hour for high tea to be set up , Just to receive two ****ins and banana bread! That doesn't not sound or feel like a high tea ! The whole experience was spoilt at the end and as a customer you remember the end of the experience and I was truly disappointed with coastland , I think mc Donald's would have been a better treat then banana bread!!
