Bad service buffet at the coastlands hotel Umhlanga

Hello Today evening I went to the coastlands hotel to have dinner they were served a full buffet R295 The spread what I saw was amazing real good food I had a starter then relaxed my partner had prawns and calermarie she offered me prawns I tasted it which was delicious so I decided to go and get myself some I get to he chef and ask him to serve me prawns and some calermarie he takes four prawns and put it on the grill so I ask him please can u put a few more he tells me sorry this is the portion we serve they limit you o the prawns and u pay R295 a meal terrible service from the chef so I complained they tell me it’s a miscommunication disgusting I did not continue having my dinner my wife continued I paid the bill in full and also gave the waiter a tip that chef just put my appetite off
