Rental Property Very Poor Service
The worse rental company ever. Stay away. Terrible response times to queries and maintenance issues. Took more than a month to send a repair man to fix the oven in 2018. ******* drain connection at the property which they were aware off, did nothing about. NEVER BOTHERED to do an ingoing inspection, even after several requests on email!!! Not transparent with how interest on deposit has been calculated. Then trying to use our deposit for mostly wear and tear issues due to very poor maintenance at the property. Stay away and spare yourself a lot of frustration and very poor service.

18 May 2022, 14:36Good day Chris,
I am sorry that you are unhappy with our service.
We as an agency pride ourselves to deliver the best service we can, unfortunately we can only report or maintenance issues with the owners, who uses most of their own contractors, unfortunately we can only follow-up but do not have control over when the owner sort out the maintenance issue.
The ******* drain, the owner bought the house with the drain, we reported the ******* drain, but unfortunately again, we can't appoint a company to sort out the problem without the Owners consent.
Regarding the deposit, it was kept in an interest bearing account as per the Rental Housing Act, due to the fact that the account is low risk, the interest earned was between 3-5% per year.
We definitely didn't use your deposit for wear and tear, all items which were deducted from your deposit was damaged by yourselves.

18 May 2022, 17:39Hi Jeanne
Thanks for your response. The fact remains, no ingoing inspection was done, ever. We asked for it, on email, like with many other issues we reported. In four years, your company conducted exactly one annual property inspection. At that visit your agents were specifically requested not to take photos as it was wash day. Against our instruction and approval your agents took photos of our premises, without consent and then later used those photos on Property 24 to list the Property for sale. Only after we complained to your about this, did you take the photos off of Property 24? Like you needed to be told? Why use it in the first place? Why take photos, when specifically instructed not to? This, along with the slow response times is just not the standard accepted. We have man friends working in the Heidelberg region for various Estate agencies including rentals, and they certainly do NOT treat their clients like this!!!
