I used to love this hotel however the service has dramatically dropped

I used to love this hotel however the service has dramatically dropped. My fiance tried to plan our proposal here by emailing the duty manager to assist with anything special that they can offer. We got engaged on the 26/12/21 and until today there has been 0 response. He then proceeded to do everything himself only asking for something as small as tape at the front desk and the staff on duty were sour to a point they didnt even greet!!! Not even 1 person greeted. If it didn't have such sentimental value to our relationship we would never have went there. Service is pathetic.
