Bad service

<p>Me and hubby checked into coastland Musgrave ridge road on 23 dec. That night at just before ,12pm kids were running in the lobby. I called reception and whoever was on duty kept putting the fone down. I went downstairs and the guys on duty knew who exactly to call. At 2 in the morning the kids were still running around me and hubby decided to look for alternative accommodation. The morning we explained the hole story to management and we told them we can't stay like that and that we will find alternative accommodation. We agreed on a refund of ,,,4700 and today they paying 3084. When I asked evashnee naidoo she said the manager told her to charge us for ,,,2 nights. Her attitute stinks and the way she spoke to me was very unprofessional. I! Not leaving this here. Very bad service. </p>
