Appalling and utterly disgusting treatment

I booked a Deluxe room only to have absolutely no hot water even after I complained about it, nobody seemed to take me seriously. The TV wasn’t working and I had to call in for that too. I thereafter had to hold for 7-10minutes to get through to room service and kept being passed around on transfer. This is so disgusting and it has really tarnished the image of this hotel for me. I’m extremely appalled at how even management have no sense of urgency or seriousness with such issues. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
