Non existent service complaint.

I tried to Hire a rodding iron at Coastal tool Hire Gants Centre Strand. Alistair at the counter said I was required to produce a proof of adress. I went home to print this and on my return he claimed that a proof of adress from Capitec bank was unacceptable. (Why was this not relayed to me in the first place). Alistair has no people skills and is not very helpful.( Not a single other customer in sight?) This company needs to Jack up their act. Poor management.
