Very disappointed and no service

What a disaster. They took forever to load my household as there was always someone on a break or using the toilet. When I eventually got my household delivered, they just dumped all the boxes in the garage in no particular order. What a mess trying to get to everything. They did not deliver my trolley and extension cord and left two blankets behind. When I got to opening my paintings, of which some where damaged with a few chips, I got a surprise to see two other paintings that were not mine. I have been emailing them for almost a year now, trying to get my refund on the missing goods, which they said they will refund, and still no word on what I must do with the other paintings. DO NOT USE!!!!
