UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL

<p>I am totally disgusted. My family booked holiday accommodation for the period over Christmas through this company. They entered into a contract as the dates were decided on and the full amount for the accommodation has been paid, just to be informed by the agent that the dates have been changed and two days must be added to the accommodation and paid. This was not possible on my family's behalf and now the rental agent has decided to cancel the contract. She is the one in breach of contract and now my family is without holiday accommodation! How can she just change the dates as it pleases her??? She was so rude and unproffessional it is shocking! I will never recommend this company or agent to anyone! Stay far away!</p>
