Worst customer service

On the 22 of January 2022 I went to Coastal Hire in Midrand to return the hired equipment. I wanted to use the toilet and I was very pressed, so I asked the lady at the reception who told me to go outside as there were some, I did but it was early in the morni g, all I could see was closed shops around with no sign and I'm not fami**** with this place, I went back inside and told her that I can't see those toilets and requested if I can use the one inside as I was desperate for one and she told "No" it's for staff only. I had to rush out of their shop and look for the nearest petrol station to relieve myself.

I couldn't believe the unhumanity, imagine if it was a child, old person or even someone who is suffering from some sickness unable to hold herself they could have peered on the floor
