UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER AND EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

After booking machinery in for a service, and paying for this, machinery comes back not being properly serviced, phoning the manager/owner and trying to explain this to her, but she continues to cut you off, and then when she gets upset and you try to calm her down, she tell you that you are not speaking to your wife, and putting the phone down in your ear. I have never experienced such bad and unprofessional service. Hiring tools, but having to go back up to 3 times a day as the tools you are hiring are not working, costing you time and money. This is absolutely shocking.
